Guided Meditation

Vedanta classes begin with a guided meditation introducing a series of simple yet powerful techniques to quiet the mind and open the heart.  These meditations nurture a relaxed, alert mind that helps one to appreciate the teaching in a very immediate and personal way.  These techniques are also the stepping stones to nididhyāsanam – contemplation on the reality of the very meditator, which will also be explored.

The meditation recordings can be used to develop a regular daily meditation practice – A beautiful way to start the day!
